Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via www.navee.au.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
-A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
-Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and
-Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
-Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the ACL.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product:
-Is faulty or defective
-Is not of acceptable quality
-Is not as described
-Is unsafe
-Does not perform as represented

We may request:
-Proof of purchase
-Photos or videos of the issue
-Return of the product for assessment (where necessary)
-We will assess the issue in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Major Failure
If the product has a major failure under the ACL, you may choose to:
-Receive a refund; or
-Receive a replacement (subject to availability).
-We will also cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Minor Failure
If the issue does not amount to a major failure, we may choose to:
-Repair the product within a reasonable time; or
-Replace the product; or
-Provide a refund.
-We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under the ACL.
Returns Process
Where a return is required:
-We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
-Where the return relates to a consumer guarantee claim, we will cover reasonable postage or courier costs.
-Products must be packaged safely to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund:
-Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
-Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where you:
-Decide you no longer want the product
-Ordered incorrectly
-Found the product cheaper elsewhere
-No longer require the product
-This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Stock Availability
In some cases, replacement stock may not be available.
If this occurs and you are entitled to a replacement, we will provide a refund instead.
